Our Thistle Tam is a lightweight three-season lace piece that can be worn as a cap or blocked into a feminine tam. Knit in luxurious alpaca/merino blend, this hat is both soft and drapey. Yarn: alpaca/Merino Size: Approximately 20"/51cm circumference and 6"/15cm from center of crown to lower edge of hat. Fits head circumferences of 18 to 22"/46 to 56cm, and can be adjusted smaller or larger in blocking.

Needles: size US 7 / 4.5mm one set straight needles and one or two circular needles to total 60" in length to accommodate large number of stitches.
