Fabulously feltable, exceptionally insulating and extremely strong, Karakul is a Primitive
, double coated fleece and very different from most wool yarns. It is quite coarse and has no elasticity. Traditionally used for rugs, it is also great for hard wearing items, knit-to-felt projects and weaving.yarn character:
